Chiefs Sign G Paul Fanaika To A Three-Year, $8.1M Deal

Chiefs signed G Paul Fanaika, according to his agent Marc Lillibridge.

  • Herbie Teope confirms that the Chiefs are signing G Paul Fanaika, and adds that he will receive a three-year deal worth $8.1 million.

Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post reports that that the Chiefs are expected to sign G Paul Fanaika to a contract at some point in the near future.

  • According to Wilson, the deal is not finalized as of now, but an agreement should be in place within the next day or so.

Fanaika, 28, is a former seventh round pick of the Eagles back 2009. However, he lasted just a few months with the team before joining the Redskins, Browns, Seahawks, and Cardinals.

Last year, he appeared in 14 games for the Cardinals and rates as the No. 71 guard out of 78 qualifying players, according to Pro Football Focus.
