The Kansas City Chiefs officially re-signed WR Byron Pringle to their practice squad on Thursday and released C James Murray from the unit.
Hereโs the Chiefs updated practice squad:

- TE Nick Keizer
- RB Marcus Marshall
- QB Kyle Shurmur
- WR Cody Thompson
- DB Alex Brown
- LB Emmanuel Smith
- DE Cameron Malveaux

Pringle, 25, signed with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent out of Kansas State in 2018. He ended up spending his first year on the Chiefs’ injured reserve list.
Pringle made the Chiefs 53-man roster this year in his second season, but was just recently waived to make room for WR De’Anthony Thomas.
During his two-year college career, Pringle caught 69 passes for 1,355 yards (19.6 YPC) and 10 touchdowns.
