Garner, 27, originally signed on with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent out of Pittsburgh back in May of 2015. Since then, he’s played for a number of teams including the Browns, Bills and Broncos.
The Redskins signed Garner to a contract in 2017. He, unfortunately, suffered a torn ACL last year and spent the season on injured reserve before being waived a few months ago.
During his college career, Garner caught 52 passes for 637 yards receiving and five touchdowns over the course of 39 games.
