Chiefs Waive WR Jamire Jordan From IR With Settlement

The Kansas City Chiefs officially waived WR Jamire Jordan from injured reserve with a settlement on Thursday.

Jordan, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Fresno State last year. He later agreed to a three-year, $1.71 million contract with the Chiefs.

However, Jordan was later waived by the Chiefs with an injury designation and later reverted to their injured reserve list after clearing waivers.

During his four-year college career at Fresno State, Jordan caught 145 passes for 2,249 yards receiving and 13 touchdowns over the course of 51 games. He also rushed for 131 yards on 28 carries and two touchdowns.
