Concern That Chiefs DE Allen Bailey Could Be Out For Year With Shoulder Injury

Rand Getlin is reporting that there’s a concern Chiefs DEĀ Allen Bailey could miss the remainder of the 2016 season, due to a shoulder injury.

Bailey, 27, is a former third-round pick of the Chiefs back in 2011. He’s currently in the second year of his five-year, $25.67 million contract that includes $15 million guaranteed and stands to make a base salary of $3 million in 2016.

This year, Allen has appeared in five games and recorded seven tackles and no sacks for the Chiefs. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 94 interior defensive lineman out of 116 qualifying players.
