Deion Branch Traded Back To New England

ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting that the New England Patriots have traded for Deion Branch after sending Randy Moss to the Vikings last week. The Patriots will send a fourth-round pick to the Seahawks in return for Branch.

The former Super Bowl MVP will join the team that he helped lead to multiple championships. Branch was sent to Seattle back in 2006 after the Patriots made it clear that they were not willing to pay him what he thought he was worth.

The Patriots will hope that Branch can offer them the big-play element that they lost with Moss’s departure.
