Dolphins A “Logical Fit” For Greg Jennings?

ESPN.com‘s Adam Schefter was asked where he could see WR Greg Jennings playing next year seeing as he’s unlikely to be back in Green Bay next season.

Schefter mentioned that the Dolphins are a “logical fit” for Jennings, considering that Jennings played for Miami head coach Joe Philbin while they were with the Packers.

The Dolphins are desperate at wide receiver and have the cap room to get a deal done,” writes Schefter.

Schefter adds that the Bills, Chargers, Chiefs and Lions could all be options if or when he becomes available.

All signs point to Jennings moving on. He’s been very vocal about the situation and the Packers haven’t approached him about a long-term extension, so barring a decision to franchise Jennings, he figures to be one of the best receivers on the open market. He’s dealt with a few injuries in recent years, but when healthy, Jennings is one of the best route-runners in the league.

We have Jennings listed as the No. 4 best available player in our Top 50 Free Agents list.
