Orr, 24, wound up signing on with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Florida back in May of last year. He was unable to make the team coming out of the preseason last year but was later signed to their practice squad.
Oakland eventually promoted Orr to their active roster last December. Unfortunately, the Raiders cut Orr loose coming out of the preseason a few months ago before later signing on to their practice squad.
In 2015, Orr appeared in three games for the Raiders and recorded two tackles and a pass defense.
