The Miami Dolphins announced Wednesday that they’ve signed WR Francis Owusu and S Chris Lammons to their practice squad.

Owusu, 23, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Stanford back in 2017. He was set to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the first two years of the contract when the Dolphins waived him with an injury designation and he later reverted to their injured reserve list.
Miami brought Owusu back on a futures contract this past January only to cut him at the start of the regular season.
During his college career at Stanford, Owusu caught 34 passes for 482 yards receiving and three touchdowns over the course of four years and 24 games.
