The Eagles have signed CB Ron Brooks to a three-year contract, according to his agency.
- Rand Getlin reports that Brooks receives a three-year deal with a base value of $6M.
- The agreement can be worth up $8.7 million.

Brooks is another former Bill to sign with the Eagles and follow Jim Schwartz to Philly.
Brooks, 27, is a former fourth-round pick of the Bills back in 2012. He played out his rookie contract before testing the market this afternoon.
In 2015, Brooks appeared in 15 games for the Bills and recorded 12 tackles and two pass defenses.
