The Falcons announced on Wednesday they’ve re-signed LB Kemal Ishmael to a one-year contract.

Ishmael, 27, is a former seventh-round pick of the Falcons back in 2013. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2.206 million deal and made a base salary of $675,000 for the 2016 season before returning to the Falcons on a one-year, $2.5 million contract for 2017.
Ishmael re-signed with the Falcons on a one-year deal for the 2018 season.
In 2018, Ishmael played all 16 games for the Falcons and recorded 14 tackles, a fumble recovery and a pass defense.
