The Atlanta Falcons announced that they’ve signed four draft picks on Thursday including first-round DE Takk McKinley.

  • The other rookies signed include LB Duke Riley, RB Brian Hill, and TE Eric Saubert.

According to OverTheCap.com, McKinley will receive a four-year contract worth $10,216,792, which includes a signing bonus of $5,570,392. The contract also has a fifth-year option for the team to consider in 2020.

McKinley, 21, was selected with the No. 26 overall pick by the Falcons after they elected to trade up with the Seahawks. In total, Atlanta gave up their first-, third-, and seventh-round picks from this year’s draft for the right to draft McKinley.

During his three-year college career at UCLA, McKinley recorded 99 tackles, 28 tackles for a loss, 16 sacks, 10 pass defenses, one fumble recovery, and six forced fumbles in 28 games with the Bruins.
