Former Seahawks LB Lofa Tatupu Working Out For Broncos Tuesday

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that former Seahawks LB Lofa Tatupu is working out for the Denver Broncos on Tuesday.

Tatupu, 31, has been out of the league the past three seasons, so it comes as a bit of a surprise to see him working out for an NFL team.

The Falcons signed Tatupu to a two-year, $5.75 million contract back in 2012, but he suffered a torn pectoral muscle during training camp and subsequently missed the entire season.

The Broncos could use some help at middle linebacker and he is likely to cost very little. Denver has also met with free agent ILB D’Qwell Jackson in recent days.
