Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports that the Texans have free agent LB Sio Moore on their radar as a potential addition now that they’ve waived LB Max Bullough.

This is actually the first reported interest in Moore since the free agent market opened several months ago.

Moore, 27, is a former third-round pick of the Raiders back in 2013. Moore spent two seasons in Oakland before being traded to the Colts in return for a 2016 sixth-round pick.

Moore was in the final year of a four-year, $3.054 million contract when the Colts waived him in October of last year. After a brief stint with the Chiefs, Moore signed on with the Cardinals and finished out the year in Arizona.

In 2016, Moore appeared in nine games and recorded 65 tackles, no sacks, two forced fumbles and a pass defense.

We have him featured in our Top 50 Available Free Agents list.
