Giants Place LB B.J. Goodson On IR, Promote WR Marquis Bundy

The New York Giants announced Wednesday that they’ve placed LB B.J. Goodson on injured reserve and promoted WR Marquis Bundy to their active roster.

  • The Giants also signed WR Canaan Severin and DL Kristjan Sokoli to their practice squad.

The Giants’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. OL Adam Bisnowaty
  2. G Ethan Cooper
  3. DE Jordan Williams
  4. OT Nick Becton
  5. DB Jeremiah McKinnon
  6. TE Ryan O’Malley
  7. DB Tim Scott
  8. WR Amba Etta-Tawo
  9. WR Canaan Severin
  10. DL Kristjan Sokoli

Goodson, 24, is a former fourth-round pick of the Giants back in 2016. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $2.92 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $630,000 and $720,000 over the next two years of the agreement.

In 2017, Goodson appeared in seven games for the Giants and recorded 53 tackles, a forced fumble and two pass defenses.
