The New York Giants have re-signed P Brock Miller to their practice squad on Thursday, according to his Twitter account.

The Giants signed Miller a few weeks ago to give themselves more time to get familiar returning punts from a left-footed punter.
Miller, 27, wound up going undrafted out of Southern Utah back in 2014. He took part in rookie minicamps with the Colts and Raiders.
The 49ers elected to sign Miller to a future/reserve contract back in 2017, but unfortunately, cut him loose shortly after last year’s draft. The Giants signed him to their taxi squad a few weeks ago, but cut him loose soon after.
During his college career at Southern Utah, Miller totaled 7,055 punt yards on 164 attempts (43.02 YPA). He also kicked field goals for Southern Utah during his freshman year and was 12 of 17 and made 27 of 28 extra-point tries.

I know the Brock Miller move is front burner news for the GMEN. But!!! I just finished reading the local ragloids. And Paul Schwartz is at it again! The article is in regards to the “infinitely boring yawn fest” known as Elisha Manning’s future beyond the conclusion of this season.
WAKE UP! ALREADY! The GMEN are NOT winning with his services. PERIOD! In 15 years Elisha has been to the playoffs SIX TIMES, THAT’S IT! SIX TIMES! Don’ t forget the FOUR ONE AND DONES. In those four one and dones, Elisha went 64-118 for 742yds. and 3 TDs and 6 INTs with a LESS then 60% completion pct. REALLY!!!!! Brady or Roethlisberger can put those numbers up in ONE playoff game.
And as far as Elisha’s 2 SB MVPs go. GET REAL!!! In ’07 Justin Tuck was the MVP. And in ’11 Chase Blackburn or Ahmad Bradshaw was the MVP. Any true GMEN FANS that seen the games, knows these are FACTS. And if it wasn’t for 2 of the most miraculous receptions by David Tyree and Mario Manningham respectively. Elisha most likely would not have been a GMAN. The David Tyree catch actually saved Elisha’s career the first time. Because in 2008 the GMEN were 11-1, then lost 3 of the next 4 and a one and done in the playoffs. Then ZERO playoffs in ’09 and ’10. Everyone knows what happened in ’11, Mario Manningham’s catch saved Elisha’s GMAN life AGAIN. Because ’12, ’13, ’14 and ’15 resulted in ZERO playoff appearances. Then ’16 lightning struck so to speak. And the Bieber/GMEN WR CRUISE was the reason for that one and done playoff appearance. And we all know how ’17 and ’18 went, ZERO playoff appearances.
Last but not least. Elisha received $230m + in his GMAN career. And Elisha thought so HIGHLY of the GMEN FANS, that Elisha was caught in a felony memorabilia scandal. The FEDS had the evidence (text messages, etc.) on Elisha and he knows it. But! Thanks in large part to the Mara Clan’s deep pockets, it was paid to go away. So! In my opinion! We the FANS owe Elisha Manning NOTHING! There is actually $230 M + reasons why we don’t owe Elisha Manning anything.
One more note. If the GMEN are not winning with Elisha Manning. What does drafting or signing A QB for 2019 hurt? Will Grier could be the next Baker Mayfield. Or! Signing Teddy Bridgewater and playing in a familiar system, could bring back his ’15 form. I would rather lose trying with a rookie or Bridgewater at QB. Then having to endure Elisha Manning just getting a CHECK each week. And never owning up to the FACT he was NEVER really that good of a QB.
