According to Dan Duggan, the Giants are signing C Brenden Jaimes to a contract on Friday.
New York also waived CB Jarrick Bernard-Converse with an injury designation, per Dan Salomone.
Jaimes, 27, was a fifth-round pick by the Chargers in the 2021 NFL Draft out of Nebraska. He signed a four-year rookie deal and became an unrestricted free agent last year. He signed with the Titans in April but was among their final roster cuts coming out of the preseason.
The Patriots signed him to their practice squad in September of last year.
In 2025, Jaimes appeared in four games for the Patriots.
