According to Phillip Heilman, the Jaguars have place RT Jermey Parnell on the season-ending injured reserve on Saturday and promoted CB Breon Borders and OL Brandon Thomas from their practice squad.
- Jacksonville also officially placed S Ronnie Harrison on injured reserve. (NFLTR)
Parnell, 32, is in the fourth year of his five-year, $32 million contract that included $13 million guaranteed and is set to earn a base salary of $4 million and $5 million over the final two years of his deal.
In 2018, Parnell appeared in 13 games for the Jaguars and Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 49 overall offensive tackle out of 83 qualifying players.
