Jaguars Sign CB Deion Belue, Waive RB Beau Blankenship

The Jacksonville Jaguars signed CB Deion Belue to a contract on Wednesday and waived RB Beau Blankenship to make room for him, according to Adam Caplan of ESPN.

Belue, 21, signed with the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Alabama a few months ago, but lasted a little over two weeks with the team before he was waived. The Steelers later signed him to a contract, but he was once again waived.

At Alabaman, he recorded 60 tackles, 7.5 tackles for a loss, three interceptions, 12 pass defenses, a forced fumble and a recovery over the course of two years.
