The Jaguars previously had Cunningham in for a visit on Monday. Cunningham joins recent signee Alfred Blue as depth behind Leonard Fournette.
Cunningham, 28, wound up signing on with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Middle Tennessee State back in 2013. After four years with the Rams, the Bears signed him to a one-year contract in 2017 and again for 2018.
Cunningham was testing the open market for the third time in as many years.
In 2018, Cunningham appeared in 15 games and rushed for 20 yards on 11 carries (1.8 YPC) to go along with one reception for nine yards receiving. He also contributed 173 kick return yards.
