According to Mike Garafolo, the Jaguars are signing LBs Ramik Wilson and Najee Goode.
Per Mark Long, Jacksonville also signed LB D.J. Alexander.
Wilson, 26, is a former fourth-round pick of the Chiefs back in 2015. He was waived at the start of the 2016 season but later added to the Chiefs’ practice squad before eventually being called up a month later.
The Chiefs declined to tender Wilson a restricted offer in 2018, making him an unrestricted free agent. He signed with the Rams on a one-year deal worth $750,000.
In 2018, Wilson appeared in all 16 games for the Rams and recorded 35 tackles, one force fumble, one recovery and two pass defenses.
Goode, 29, is a former fifth-round pick of the Buccaneers back in 2012. He spent just over a year in Tampa Bay before he was waived and later claimed by the Eagles.
Philadelphia brought Goode back on a one-year contract in 2017. Goode later signed with the Colts on a one-year deal worth $790,000 for the 2018 season.
In 2018, Goode appeared in all 16 games for the Colts and recorded 11 tackles, one interception and one pass defense.
Alexander, 27, is a former fifth-round pick of the Chiefs back in 2015. He signed a four-year, $2,473,252 contract and made a base salary of $705,000 for the 2018 season.
Kansas City traded Alexander to the Seahawks in 2017 and he was among Seattle’s final roster cuts in 2018. The Eagles claimed Alexander off of waivers.
In 2018, Alexander appeared in 12 games for the Eagles and recorded 3 total tackles and a fumble recovery.
