The New York Jets officially claimed DE Daeshon Hall off of waivers from the Eagles on Monday, according to Field Yates

Hall, 25, is a former third-round pick of the Panthers back in 2017. He was in the second year of his four-year, $3.261 million contract and set to make a base salary of $555,000 for the 2018 season when the Panthers waived him coming out of the preseason.

Hall spent time on both the 49ers and Texans’ practice squad in 2018 before being signed to the Eagles’ active roster late in the season. Philadelphia waived Hall coming out of the preseason this year before bringing him back later on.

The Eagles placed Hall on the PUP list this past July before waiving him last week.

In 2019, Hall appeared in nine games for the Eagles and recorded five total tackles and one sack.
