Jets Place S Rontez Miles On Season-Ending I.R. & Promote WR Quincy Enunwa

The New York Jets have placed S Rontez Miles on the season-ending injured reserve on Saturday, per Aaron Wilson.

• The Jets have also signed WR Quincy Enunwa to their active roster.

Miles, 26, was promoted from the practice squad on December 16 and was listed as the team’s third-string free safety.

Enunwa, 22, was drafted in the sixth round of the 2014 NFL Draft by the Jets and was waived during in the preseason during final cuts, but was later signed to their practice squad in September. He will take Miles’ spot on the active roster.
