Jets Waive TE Adrien Robinson, Sign CB Bryson Keeton

The New York Jets announced that they’ve placed TE Adrien Robinson on waivers Monday and signed CB Bryson Keeton to a contract.

Robinson, 27, is a former fourth-round pick of the Giants back in 2012. He spent four years in New York before he was among their final roster cuts at the start of the 2015 season.

Robinson later worked out for a few teams during the 2015 season, but it wasn’t until after the year that the Jets signed him to a future/reserve contract.

In 2014, Robinson appeared in all 16 games for the Giants and caught five passes for 50 yards and a touchdown.

Keeton was among 22 players who tried out for the Jets during their rookie minicamp. He spent two years at Montana State and recorded two interceptions and 21 passes defended.
