Lee, 28, wound up going undrafted out of Bowie State back in 2015. He later signed on with the Texans but was traded to the Bears coming out of the preseason.
Lee lasted just a year in Chicago before he was waived and later claimed by the Lions. From there, he joined the Bills at the start of the 2017 season and spent a year in Buffalo.
After sitting out the 2019 season, Lee signed on with the D.C. Denfeders of the XFL. The Falcons later signed him to a one-year contract back in March. He was released with an injury settlement coming out of camp and later caught on briefly with the Lions practice squad.
During his one season in the XFL, Lee caught eight passes for 91 yards receiving and two touchdowns over the course of five games.
For his NFL career, Lee has appeared in 34 games and caught two passes for 12 yards and no touchdowns.
