Lasley, 22, was drafted by the Ravens in the fifth round out of UCLA in 2018. He signed a four-year deal worth $2.7 million and stood to make base salaries of $570,000 and $660,000 over the next two years of the agreement.
The Ravens waived Lasley a few weeks ago and he was later claimed by the Raiders before being waived again shortly after.
Lasley has yet to appear in an NFL game.
During his three-year career at UCLA, Lasley caught 113 passes for 1901 yards and 14 touchdowns in 23 games.
