He’s definitely improving,” Quinn said, via AtlantaFalcons.com. “He’s going to work some on the side but no team reps. As we get into the later part of the week, I’ll have a better assessment. We’re definitely not ruling him out based on the work that he’s putting in.”

Panthers

Panthers TE Greg Olsen told reporters on Wednesday that he wouldn’t return from his foot injury if he didn’t think he could help the team.

I wouldn’t put myself out there if I couldn’t help the team. I expect to play well,” Olsen said, per Max Henson.

“I felt good to be back out there. Would have preferred to not have a rainstorm, but other than that it was good,” Olsen added. “We’ll see what tomorrow brings. But nice to get a full practice under my belt.”

  • The Panthers worked out three linebackers on Tuesday, including
  • (Howard Balzer)
  • Of this group, Carolina signed Chubb to their practice squad.
