Cardinals

• Per ESPN’s Josh Weinfuss, Cardinals HC Kliff Kingsbury said he isn’t sure what happens next with DB Josh Shaw, who was suspended until 2021 for gambling: “Josh was here in training camp and was injured and, honestly, I haven’t had any communication with him since so I’m not sure the next step there.”
• Cardinals signed DL Caraun Reid. (NFLTR)
• Cardinals promoted LBs Tanner Vallejo and Kylie Fitts to their active roster.
• Cardinals signed QB Drew Anderson, WR Saeed Blacknall and DL Lyndon Johnson to their practice squad.

Rams

• Asked what has gone into the Rams utilizing RB Todd Gurley more in recent weeks, HC Sean McVay responded: “Me not being an idiot.” (Lindsey Thiry)

Seahawks

• Per ESPN’s Brady Henderson, Seahawks HC Pete Carroll said DE Jadeveon Clowney made it out of Monday’s game without re-injuring his core muscle injury that knocked him out the week before: “He’s practicing today and that’s a really good sign.”
• Carroll added Seahawks DE Ezekiel Ansah “looks like he’s doing okay” after suffering a shoulder stinger, but he would still need to get through practice this week. (John Boyle)
