NFC West Rumors: 49ers, Cardinals, Seahawks

49ers

49ers HC Kyle Shanahan says QB Jimmy Garoppolo could participate in 7-on-7 drills once OTA’s start later this offseason.

“Everyone says they’re ahead of schedule. He is,” Shanahan said via Cam Inman. “He’s been healing great.  He hasn’t had knee trouble before, and it was a clean ACL. So it’s been real good for him.”

San Francisco also announced a number of coaching staff changes Wednesday per Matt Maiocco, including:

The team also added Ben Peterson as Head of Player Health and Performance, Dustin Perry as Head Strength and Conditioning, Shea Thompson as Director of Performance Monitoring, and Aaron Hill and Mike Nicolini as assistant S&C coaches.  (Cam Inman)
