Charles Robinson of Yahoo Sports expects the Vikings to eventually work out a compromise with RB Adrian Peterson regarding his contract now that he’s made the decision to report to OTAs.
Robinson writes that everything the Vikings have done with Peterson this offseason suggests they are looking to keep him beyond 2015.
On top of that, it would be in their interest from a financial perspective to sign him to an extension and trade guaranteed money for the ability to lower Peterson’s cap figures.
