Cardinals

Panthers

• ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that DE Greg Hardy made another $40,000 for the Panthers’ playoff appearance, even though he’s on the commissioner’s exempt list.

Patriots

• Mike Reiss of ESPN Boston writes that Patriots director of player personnel Nick Caserio may have the “most unique and varied responsibilities of anyone in his position” following his new contract extension that will keep him in New England through 2020.
• Reiss mentions that the Patriots could give OC Josh McDaniels the title of assistant head coach should he not accept a head-coaching job.
• According to Reiss, Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald could be an “intriguing” option for the Patriots if he were to become available.

Raiders

• Jason La Canfora reports that Broncos DC Jack Del Rio is interviewing with the Raiders today.
• Raiders owner Mark Davis is reportedly “very high” on Del Rio.

Saints

• Veteran RB Tim Hightower announced that he has signed a reserve/future contract with the Saints. (Tim Hightower)
