• Bob McGinn reports that the Packers increased their offer to CB Tramon Williams to $5 million per year and drew their line in the sand.
• According to McGinn, Williams was seeking $30 million contract over the course of four years.

Raiders

• Bill Williamson was told by a source that there’s “not a chance” WR Denarius Moore is back with the Raiders.
• For what it’s worth, Williamson isn’t personally ruling out Moore returning to Oakland, but he admits “lots would have to change.“

Steelers

• Steelers CB Antwon Blake was arrested for public intoxication early this past Sunday morning in Oceanside, Cali. (TMZ Sports)
