Cardinals

• Cardinals officially promoted James Bettcher to defensive coordinator and hired Bob Sanders as their linebackers coach.

Falcons

• Alex Marvez reports that the Falcons have hired Steve Scarnecchia (assistant to the head coach), Matt LaFleur (quarterbacks) and Jeff Ulbrich (linebackers) as assistants.

Steelers

• Steelers re-signed veteran LS Greg Warren to a one-year contract.
