Richie Incognito

• Richie Incognito‘s contract with the Bills is a one-year agreement, according to James Walker.
• Jeff Darlington reports that Incognito’s contract won’t be official until Monday.

“I hung with Rex. He’s the man,” Incognito tells Darlington. “The Pegulas (Bills ownership family) are awesome. I’m ready to roll.”

Buccaneers

• Greg Auman mentions that S Dashon Goldson, P Michael Koenen and and LT Anthony Collins as the Buccaneers “most likely” offseason roster cuts.

Saints

• Thayer Evans reported earlier in the day that Arkansas RBs coach Joel Thomas has accepted same position with the Saints.

Titans

• According to Paul Kuharsky, the changes in Tennessee have “aren’t done” and have “hardly started.“
• Kuharsky expects the Titans to be active in looking for upgrades in free agency this year.
