NFL Notes: Suspensions, Colts, Falcons, & Rams

Suspensions

Colts

Following Monday Night’s loss to the Jets, Colts HC Chuck Pagano critized the play and decision-making of his QB Andrew Luck.

“He’s got to take care of the football,” Pagano said, via Mike Chappell. “It’s not that hard. It’s not trigonometry.”

Pagano also expressed some frustration with the team’s offensive line issues over the past few years.

“Been the case for 3 years now, has it not? Should be more than comfortable dealing with (it),” Pagano said, per Chappell.

  • According to Albert Breer, there is a “lot of sympathy” throughout the NFL for Pagano from coaches and personnel people.

Falcons

Rams

Rams HC Jeff Fisher still isn’t ready to make that commitment in regards to first-round RB Todd Gurley making his NFL debut.

“As far as Todd is concerned, I thought the workout was outstanding (before the game Sunday), so we’re going to continue to build his reps this week,” Fisher said, via the St Louis Post-Dispatch. “He’ll be a week-to-week and might be a game-time decision. That’s how that’ll go.’’
