Trade Rumors
- According to Albert Breer, the Saints, Bills, Eagles and Packers all have some interest in potentially trading for a receiver. However, Breer adds that these talks may have been just exploratory.
-
Breer says the receiver market is “pretty hot” right now with Jets WR Robby Anderson and Browns WR Rashard Higgins being two names floating around.
-
Breer reports the Saints, Bills and Patriots were also in the mix to trade for Emmanuel Sanders before the Broncos agreed to the deal with the 49ers.
-
The Jets are listening to offers for former first-round pick Leonard Williams. According to Breer, the Chiefs and Eagles are seen as “sensible landing spots” for Williams if the price is right, which could be around a third-round pick.
-
Breer reports that the Giants have shopped CB Janoris Jenkins around some and Redskins CB Josh Norman‘s name has also come up as possibly being available.
- Other names that have come up in trade talks, according to Breer, include Ravens TE Hayden Hurst and Colts DB Quincy Wilson.
Bengals
-
Albert Breer writes that while the Bengals have some notable players that would generate a good amount of interest around the league such as A.J. Green, Carlos Dunlap and Geno Atkins, owner Mike Brown hasn’t signed off on a fire sale and they want to give first-year HC Zac Taylor time to build a foundation for 2020.
-
One Bengals player who could be moved, according to Breer, is TE Tyler Eifert. Breer mentions that the Seahawks are looking for a tight end.
Falcons
-
Albert Breer confirms recent reports that the Falcons are shopping DE Vic Beasley in trade talks with teams.
-
Another name to watch for Atlanta has been TE Austin Hooper. However, Breer reports teams that have called about Hooper have been rebuffed thus far.
-
One other player to watch for the Falcons is LB De’Vondre Campbell, per Breer.
