Packers ILB Jake Ryan Out For Season With Torn ACL

According to Ian Rapoport, Packers ILB Jake Ryan has been diagnosed with a torn ACL, meaning that his 2018 season is over.

You can expect the Packers to place him on injured reserve in the coming days and sign someone to their roster.

Ryan, 26, is a former fourth-round pick of the Packers back in 2015. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year, $2,736,676 contract and set to make a base salary of $705,000 for the 2018 season before becoming an unrestricted free agent in 2019.

In 2017, Ryan appeared in 15 games for the Packers and recorded 81 tackles, one sack, a forced fumble and a recovery.
