According to Rapoport, Jones is scheduled to undergo an MRI tomorrow morning to determine the severity of the injury.

Jones, 23, is a former second-round pick of the Patriots back in 2016. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $4 million contract that included a $1.1 million signing bonus and is set to make base salaries of $632,123 and $814,246 over the next two years of the agreement.

In 2016, Jones appeared in 10 games and recorded seven tackles, no interceptions or pass defenses, 180 kick return yards and 46 punt return yards.
