Patriots Promote OL Cameron Fleming To Their Active Roster

According to Ian Rapoport, the Patriots have promoted OL Cameron Fleming from their practice squad to their 53-man roster.

With LT Nate Solder going down with a season-ending bicep injury, Fleming’s addition brings depth to the Patriots’ offensive line. Rapoport mentions that Fleming played well against the Colts last season.

Fleming, 23, was a fourth-round pick in 2014 and is in the second year of his four-year, $2,520,584 rookie contract that included a $300,584 signing bonus. He currently makes a base salary of $510,000 for the 2015 season.

Last year, Fleming appeared in seven games for the Patriots, accounting for 162 total snaps.
