The New England Patriots announced Wednesday that they’ve waived LB Jack Cichy and signed DB Dayon Lake and WR Devin Smith to their practice squad.

Cichy, 24, is a former sixth-round pick of the Buccaneers back in 2018. He is in the third year of his four-year, $2,605,376 deal that included a $145,376 signing bonus and stands to make a base salary of $750,000 for the 2020 season.
The Buccaneers waived Cichy last week and he was later claimed by the Patriots.
In 2020, Cichy has appeared in five games for the Buccaneers but has not recorded a statistic.
