Adam Caplan reports that the Raiders have signed fourth-round TE Foster Moreau to a four-year contract on Thursday.
Moreau is the first Raiders’ draft pick to sign his rookie contract:

Moreau, 21, was selected with the No. 137 overall pick in the fourth round by the Raiders. According to OverTheCap.com, he receives a four-year, $3,008,384 contract that includes a $488,384 signing bonus.
During his college career at LSU, Moreau caught 52 passes for 629 yards receiving and six touchdowns over the course of four seasons and 30 games.
