The Oakland Raiders announced Tuesday that they’ve signed first-round RB Josh Jacobs to a four-year rookie contract.
The Raiders have now signed all nine of their 2019 draft picks including:

Jacobs, 21, was the No. 24 overall pick by the Raiders out of Alabama. He is widely viewed by draft analysts as the top running back prospect in this year’s draft class.
According to OverTheCap.com, Jacobs receives a four-year, $11,933,394 rookie contract that includes $6,698,832 signing bonus.

During his three-year college career, Jacobs rushed for 1,491 yards on 251 carries (5.9 YPC) to go along with 48 receptions for 571 yards receiving and 21 total touchdowns over the course of 40 games. He also totaled 494 kick return yards and 27 punt return yards and two total touchdowns.
