Rams Rework WR Robert Woods’ Deal To Give Him $200K Bonus He Missed Out On

Field Yates of ESPN reports that the Rams renegotiated the contract of WR Robert Woods and gave him the $200,019 of his $3 million roster bonus he would have received had he not been a healthy scratch in Week 17’s game.

Woods, 25, is a former second-round pick of the Bills back in 2013. He has played out his four-year, $4,866,769 rookie contract with the Bills before signing a five-year, $39 million contract with the Rams last year that included $15 million guaranteed.

Woods stands to make base salaries of $5 million and $4.5 million over the next two years of the agreement.

In 2017, Woods appeared in 12 games and caught 56 passes for 781 yards receiving and five touchdowns for the Rams.
