The Ravens announced Tuesday they signed P Sean Smith to the 90-man roster.

Baltimore had an open spot following the trade of K Kaare Vedvik to the Vikings, who played both kicker and punter
Smith also attended the Ravens rookie minicamp back in May as an undrafted free agent out of Dayton.
As a senior, Smith had 30 punts for a 45.4 average. He placed 18 of his 30 attempts inside the 20-yard line with only one touchback. He also had a school-record career punting average of 42.5.
