On Monday, Ravens HC John Harbaugh told reporters (per Jamison Hensley) that they’re waiving RB Kenneth Dixon with an injury designation.
Dixon is dealing with a knee injury right now.
Should Dixon clear waivers tomorrow, he would revert to the Ravens’ injured reserve list.
Dixon, 25, is a former fourth-round pick of the Ravens back in 2016. He signed a four-year, $2.723 million rookie contract that included a $383,392 signing bonus and stands to make a base salary of $720,000 for the 2019 season.
In 2018, Dixon appeared in six games for the Ravens and rushed for 333 yards on 60 carries (5.6 YPC) to go along with six receptions for 51 yards receiving and two total touchdowns.
