Redskins Signing WR Breshad Perriman

According to Adam Schefter, the Redskins are signing former Ravens first-round WR Breshad Perriman to a contract on Monday.

Washington hosted Permian for a workout earlier in the day, so he was clearly on their radar as a potential addition.

Perriman also worked out for the Eagles, Vikings, Bills, Jets and Giants.

Perriman, 24, is a former first-round pick out of Central Florida by the Ravens in the 2015 NFL Draft. He is entering the final year of his four-year, $8.705 million rookie contract and was set to earn a base salary of $972,606 for the 2018 season when he was cut loose last weekend.

In 2017, Perriman appeared in 11 games for the Ravens and recorded 10 receptions for 77 yards receiving and no touchdowns. Pro Football Focus had him as the last overall receiver out of 116 players.

We had him featured in our Top 50 Available 2018 NFL Free Agents list.
