Paul Domowitch of the Philadelphia Daily News first reported that the Cincinnati Bengals will once again appear on HBO’s Hard Knocks.
Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer has since confirmed with leagues sources that the Bengals will in fact return for their second stint on the show.
Reedy adds that an announcement is expected to come in the next few weeks.
The Bengals first appeared on the show back in 2009, but their roster looks completely different since that season aired.
We haven’t heard a lot of speculation regarding potential teams in the running in the past month. Last year the Jaguars were reportedly interested in being featured on the show and would have made an intriguing option now that they have a regime in place, but I’m sure the Bengals will be plenty interesting.
