Sal Capaccio of WGR 550 Buffalo reports that a source has informed him that the Buffalo Bills are working on a contract extension for WR Donald Jones.
Jones, 25, is set to become a restricted free agent next month, but the Bills are obviously hoping that he’ll be willing to work out a reasonable contract extension. They can always use a restricted tender on him if they’re unable to agree on a new contract.
He tallied 41 receptions for 443 yards with 4 touchdowns in 2012 and was rated as slightly above average by Pro Football Focus.
