Karlos Dansby Says He Has Interest From The Falcons, Jets and Texans

John Gambadoro of KTAR Phoenix spoke with free agent ILB Karlos Dansby about his recent meeting with the Cardinals

Dansby told Gambadoro that “it would be good to finish where he started” and is excited about the potential opportunity to do so. Dansby mentioned that he had a “good meeting” with Cardinals front office on Wednesday, but added that he also has interest from the Falcons, Jets and Texans.

Mike Jurecki mentioned that Dansby is looking for a multi-year agreement, which could explain why he’s still available.

Dansby spent six seasons with the Cardinals before leaving via free agency to sign with Miami. Dansby, 31, was rated as the No. 13 inside linebacker last season by Pro Football Focus, so he could end up being a relative bargain at this point in free agency. He recently visited with the Bills, but it doesn’t appear as though there’s a lot of interest.

We have Dansby listed as the No. 8 player in our Best Available Free Agents list.
