Tom Silverstein reports that a league source has informed him that the Green Bay Packers have re-signed LB Brad Jones.
Jones met with the Packers on Wednesday, but also had strong interest from the Titans as well.
Last year, the Packers lost Desmond Bishop and D.J. Smith for the season, which forced them to turn to Jones at inside linebacker, which wasn’t a position that he was all that familiar with. He was able to be effective against the run and the pass, so this is a good for them to maintain some much needed depth at linebacker.
